Accommodation bookings open on the 20th April 2026.
Please note: only book the number of rooms you require. Please do not "hold" more rooms than needed, as this means other members can not access the accommodation required.

IBIS Rotorua: City View Room - $200.00 p/n. Breakfast rate: $29.00 per person.

Accommodation Cancellation:
- All cancellations or amendments must be received in writing.
- Penalty charges applicable for rooms cancelled inside of 30 days prior to arrival will be billed to the “Client”.
In the event of a delegate “No Show” on the confirmed date of arrival 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged for the full duration of the stay.
Millennium Rotorua:
Superior Room - $240.00 p/n.
Breakfast Rate: $35.00 Per person per day.

Accommodation Cancellation:
Amendments may be made (and, where applicable, cancellation charges may be incurred) in accordance with the following:
Within thirty (30) days before Hotel Arrival Date – Any Room Night Cancelled or subject to a ‘No-Show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of room nights cancelled at the accommodation rate quoted and confirmed for the relevant room type cancelled.
Sudima:
Run of house room: $219 p/n for 1 person (includes breakfast)
Run of house room: $249 p/n for 2 people (includes breakfast)

Accommodation Cancellation:
The Client may cancel the entire reservation by providing written notice to the Hotel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. These rooms will be released without charge.
Cancellations within 0-29 days of arrival, will be charged in full.
No show rooms will be charged in full.
Any confirmed meals that are cancelled wtihin 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged at the full rate.
