About the role:
We are looking for a Kaiwhakahaere to join our regional team based in Wellington | Te Whanganui-a-tara. You will report to the Regional Administration Manager for your region. The role ensures the smooth running of the Wellington regional office as well as efficient support to union members within the Wellington region.
Carry out administration duties to ensure that the office are well supported (using MS 365 and Teams, our CRM, Control-Shift and Higher Logic).
Generate membership reports as needed.
Arrange travel, accommodation and catering as required for members and staff
Support set-up for in-person events as well as resource production
Compile data from events and
Ensure the office is stocked with all necessary supplies
Create mail merge bulk emails and handle member queries
Ensure that information about members within your region is accurate and current
Provide treasurer support to local branch and area council
Skills and experience
Experience with Microsoft 365 and using Teams
Confidence in learning and applying new software, such as software to arrange meetings and our Client Relations Manager (CRM) that records information about our membership
Relevant administrative work experience
