Administration and Membership Officer – 

Permanent 32.5 hours a week.

From $69,892 (pro-rated)

Central Regional Office - Wellington

Our administrators ensure that the organisation’s field office teams are supported and that members of the union in that region receive timely, professional communication. This role also includes one day a week of processing requests for the membership team.


Tasks are varied and include:


Providing admin and tech support for meetings
Managing busy event calendars to get people where they need to go
Updating and using different platforms to support data flow.
Answering and resolving membership queries


In this role you will be part of Wellington regional team’s activities to support the aims of members.
