About the role
NZEI Te Riu Roa is looking for a membership administrator to join our team. You will report to the CRM Manager and your role will include:
- Processing membership application
- Performing payment transactions
- Answering queries by email and phone from members
- Having an organising conversation with people to encourage joining or retaining membership.
Skills and experience
- Customer service or membership organisation experience
- Working in an operational team, covering for each other for breaks and leave and sharing tasks
- Excel skills, including using basic funcions and formulae to organise data
- Experience using and updating records in a CRM or database
- Phone skills that maintain and improve connection with members.

NZEI Te Riu Roa is a Te Tiriti-based organising and campaigning union of members who work together locally and nationally to achieve the best possible education system for tamariki and the people who work in it.
